RENTER INFORMATION
Please read through the following rules and admission procedures ahead of your arrival. We sincerely hope you enjoy your time in this special place and that you have the opportunity to visit us at the Lake
Lake Admission Procedure: On entering the Lake, Renters must check-in at the Gatehouse and provide the last name of the Rental Cabin Owner, the property address, or the cabin number provided by the rental cabin company. Twain Harte Lake does operate at a capacity, you can check for availability at our live attendance tracker at any time by visiting thlake.org and viewing our “Live Attendance Tracker” on the THLA homepage.
Fees: Renters are required to pay $10 per person, per day. Children ages 2 and under will be admitted without cost. Renters may pay for the entry of the entire group for all or a portion of the rental period. Any entry credit balance will be maintained at the Gatehouse.
To Exit and Return on the same day: Patrons leaving the lake with intention of returning the same day may do so without any further obligation by stamping their hand. The stamp is available at the Gatehouse. Please make sure you are checking out with the Gatehouse if you plan to not return that day, so as to let allow others to use the lake.
Compliance: Renters’ failure to comply with the Admission Procedure, payment of fees, or any of the Lake Rules may result in loss of Lake Privileges for the duration of the rental. Additionally, the cabin owner may be at risk for loss of Lake Privileges or loss of Membership in the Twain Harte Lake Association.
